These terms govern the use of Perspectika (perspectika.org), provided by Micha Brandtner, Graz, Austria (the “Provider”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Perspectika is a free, independent information service that presents several reasoned perspectives on questions. The content serves solely for general information and opinion-forming.
2. AI content & no professional advice
Answers are partly generated automatically using AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Please verify important information independently.
3. Account
An account may be created for certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you provide accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service in accordance with applicable law. Prohibited in particular are misuse, excessive automated scraping, technical interference, and unlawful, abusive or infringing input.
5. Content rights
The brand, logo, design and software are protected. Your own input remains yours; you grant the Provider the right to process it to operate and improve the service.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided without any guarantee of constant availability, freedom from errors or specific results. Features and these terms may be changed; the version published at the time applies.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury or where statutory liability is mandatory. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protective provisions of a consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected; for consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
